I felt my body so much better from the very first try of this mat. I am impressed. I have chronic back pains so that is what i have tired it for first. I am yet to explore its other benefits. I would have loved it being at least 50cm wide as it does not fully cover my scapulas when i lay down on it but it does the job..

I am happy. The package arrived intact. It works well. Easy to use. Excellent for pain relief. Already from the first 30-minute test, I felt the benefits. It relieves my back pain and takes away the fatigue in my legs. The heat is pleasant and bearable even in these summer days. As a size (90x60), it covers me from the occipital bone to the top of my head, thus covering my entire back, or from the waist down to my feet. To do the whole body, I have to do it 8 times twice. I would have preferred it a little bigger, but I'll make do. .

This red light mat has very good workmanship and quality. The human eye cannot see the light with a wavelength of 850nm, but the heat energy generated by 850nm can be felt. I prefer to use both 660nm and 850nm. I sit for a long time at work, so i often have back pain, i hope this mat can effectively relieve my pain. I will use it frequently.

This is a sturdy and decently made item. I am very happy with the quality, size, and features for the price. I have used it twice so far for a total of 2 hours and i am very happy. I got it to use on my hips, knees and back where i've been experiencing some muscle and joint pain, so i am interested to see how this helps with my rehabilitation in these areas. If rlt works for me, i will definitely be back to buy another mat

You will be very pleased if you buy this. It's actually a fairly thick pad material. It has 5 power levels, so you can pin point what intensity you want. Power level 5 is very powerful. The timer adjusts by 10 minute intervals with a max setting of 90 minutes. You can have just red 660nm light on or just 850nm non visible heat or both. It has a lot of options, including slow on and off fade repeating and pulse 10 and 40hz. I measured 32 watts, which is close to what they say. My measurements on max power (p5) 660nm only uses 14 watts 850nm only uses 20 watts 660 and 850nm together uses 32 watts I recommend not overdoing it in the beginning, especially on your head. Pay attention to your body and how it feels and adjust the intensity and time of use accordingly.

Everything is great, the only issue is that the connector is a bit wrinkled. very beautifully packaged.
